Training Plan Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Candi Solutions collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Training Plan, including our website, applications, and coaching platform services.

2. What Training Plan does
Training Plan is a coaching platform for athletes and coaches. It is used to manage accounts, access to the platform, athlete-coach relationships, weekly training plans, sessions, races, progress updates, and session-related notes, comments, and feedback.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Training Plan, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, profile identifier, and display name.
- Authentication information associated with Google sign-in or email one-time-code sign-in.
- Role and access information, such as whether a user is an athlete, coach, or admin.
- Athlete-related training information including training plans, sessions, session details, completion status, races, notes, athlete notes, coach guidance, and comments.
- Relationship information such as which athletes are assigned to which coaches and which platform users are linked to athlete records.
- Technical and operational information such as browser type, basic request metadata, device information, error diagnostics, and log information needed to run, support, and protect the platform.
4. How information is collected
We may collect information in the following ways:
- Directly from users when they sign in, create or update data, or interact with the platform.
- From coaches or administrators when they manage athlete assignments, roles, or training records.
- Automatically through normal platform operation, technical logs, and security monitoring.
- From third-party services when a user chooses to connect them, including Garmin-related services if that connection becomes available.
5. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Authenticate users and manage sign-in sessions.
- Provide role-based access to athlete, coach, and admin features.
- Create, display, update, and manage training plans, sessions, races, and comments.
- Support coach-athlete collaboration and assignment workflows.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the platform.
- Respond to support inquiries, privacy requests, and service-related needs.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the integrity of the service.
- With user consent, support AI-assisted planning features that help generate, refine, and update training plans, sessions, and schedule recommendations.
6. Coach and admin data handling
Training Plan allows coaches and administrators to manage certain athlete-related records based on their level of access. Coaches may view and manage information for athletes assigned to them, and administrators may manage account roles and coach-athlete assignments. These actions are limited by our access controls.
7. Garmin-related data handling
If Training Plan offers a Garmin-connected workflow and a user chooses to authorize it, Garmin-related data may be collected, accessed, or processed only as needed to provide the connected training and coaching functionality that user has chosen to enable.
Any Garmin-related information would be handled in line with user authorization, applicable contractual restrictions, and the limited workflow associated with that connection. We would use that information only to support the relevant training, planning, coaching, or related platform features made available through the authorized integration.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Training Plan, provide requested services, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the kind of information involved and why it was collected.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to maintain safeguards that are appropriate for the nature of the service and the information it handles.
11. International processing
Training Plan may rely on cloud or infrastructure providers that process information in jurisdictions outside a user’s home region. Where that occurs, we expect information to be handled under appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for the services being provided.
12. Access, correction, deletion, and privacy requests
Users may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any records we are required to keep. We may need to verify identity before processing a request.
